Banana Milk Shake

Banana milk shake can be really tasty and at the same time work wonders for your weight loss goals. Being on a diet can be really hard when you have to eat food that is bland and uninteresting. Banana milk on the other hand can come as a welcome relief to many of the monotonous foods that dieticians or diets recommend. Diets such as the General Motors diet or popularly called the GM diet is one such example where the banana milk shake can be a refreshing option.

With this recipe you can serve about 4 cups of milk shake.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 banana, cut in to small pieces (easy to blend)
  • 4 ice cubes(optional)

Method

Pour everything in the blender. Mix in blender for few seconds till the banana blends nicely. Pour in a glass & serve.
