Ingredients
- Moong Sprouts:-1/2 cup
- Boiled brown rice:-1/2 cup
- Roasted Peanuts:-3 tbsp
- Salt and chilli powder:-as per taste
- Lemon juice:-1 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander:-3 tbsp
- Chopped onion:-3 tbsp
Method
Mix all ingredients together except lemon juice and salt. Add lemon juice and salt just before serving and mix well.

after the 7 days you can eat what you like so to speak. keep in mind you need a lifestyle change. I LOVE hummus, however only eat it now with falafels. I never eat gluten / wheat.
