Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup baby sweet corn
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 1 ginger

Procedure:

  1. Slice chicken breasts into chunks, the broccoli into florets. Slice ginger into julienne strips, and the spring onions into diagonal trims. Carrots should as well be peeled and cut into julienne strips.
  2. In a pan of water boil the broccoli and sweet corn until tender. Blanch for two minutes and drain.
  3. In another pan, heat olive oil, then add chicken. Stir fry the meat for 7-8 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
  4. Heat the remaining oil then saute ginger, spring onions and carrots for two minutes. Add blanched broccoli and sweet corn and stir fry nicely for about two minutes.
  5. Add the chicken and optional black bean sauce.

There you go, a real easy recipe. All you have to do now is to serve it hot on top of the brown rice. An ideal dish for your GM Diet.

  1. Having done gm vegan diet,I need to know after the seventh day how do I maintain my diet, since we have been eating simple spicy indian food, what all has to be substitute, also we eat wheat products in our day to day, this practise nearly 40 years.pls let me understand what all food can be eaten in veg and non veg.

    • if you are eating wheat, I cannot help. Sorry. It brings weight gain and health issues. Culturally who cares. It’s eaten here by everyone. Yet last time I checked the only person that is dealing with my weight and health issues was me. I changed my like, cut wheat and sugar and and doing great now. Trust me, the wheat eaten long ago as opposed to the GMO mutant wheat today, not the same at all. Good luck though, I truly hope you find a good plan.

***Before asking your question, please understand that we are only here to help and these are our opinions. Also make sure you read and understand the entire diet before doing it. And also see a doctor if you feel you need approval to do so. If you plan to exercise during the diet, you cannot do heavy weights and heavy workouts (We state this on the Exercise page), you need to have the correct amount of protein. The first 4 days of this diet do not have protein, so your exercise you be very light. You cannot tear muscle down without something to build it up. Thanks You
