  3. I was expecting about 8-10 lbs loss and I lost 9 lbs. I followed the diet strictly, only expection was I had coffee (with cream and sweeter). Also, I did not had water as I was suppose to. I worked out on 4 days for about an hour.

    I’m taking it easy this week and will do next regime next time. Thanks for this great diet program.
